At 77 years old, I am feeling the most healthy, strong and injury-free that I have in the last 25 years. Kimberly’s lifestyle has been an inspiration and I put in the work, but the wizard with the knowledge that has guided me for the last 8 months is a fitness trainer named Victor Robledo. I do one Facetime session a week with him, and Kimberly does three.
